• This virtual course is delivered in two 2.5 hours sessions as follows:
  Wednesday, February 3 and Thursday, February 4, 2021
  11:00 am - 1:30 pm each day (Pacific)
  12:00 pm - 2:30 pm each day (Mountain)
  1:00pm - 3:30pm each day (Central)
  2:00 pm - 4:30 pm each day (Eastern)
  
• You must be in attendance both days and the entire time each day to receive CRB credit. If you miss a day and/or login late or leave early, no CRB credit will be awarded, and no partial credit is granted for this Course. There are no exceptions.
• The Institute uses the ZOOM meeting platform to deliver our virtual courses.  As we draw closer to the date of the course, we will send you an email with important details on how to obtain your unique attendance link and course workbook. 
• REFUNDS: A refund minus a $50 processing fee will be extended if cancellation notice is received by Friday, January 29, 2021.  No refunds will be issued after that date.
