Miguel started his real estate career in 1985 and currently is the Chief Idea Officer and President of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Tech Valley in Albany, NY. He’s held a variety of REBI committee positions over the years, including on the Board of Directors, Professional Development Committee, and Publications Advisory Committee. In addition to real estate, Miguel has been a leading force in the integration of technology and marketing. Together with his son, Ami, Miguel co-founded Voiceter Pro, LLC, a software application that uses voice technology with virtual assistants such as Amazon Alexa to simplify the home search process.

Debora has been in the real estate industry nearly 25 years. In 2003, she started her first Long & Foster Real Estate office in Blue Bell Pennsylvania, which has since expanded into a total of five locations that today employ over 200 agents serving the greater Philadelphia area. In addition to REBI, Debora has served in a variety of leadership and committee positions over the years for several local and state REALTOR® associations.

James (Jim) has been in the real estate profession since 1975, when he started his real estate company, Helsel, Inc., in Camp Hill, PA. Since then, Jim has also worked extensively in REALTOR® association leadership, serving in several appointments on the local, state, and national levels, including President-elect of the Delaware Valley Chapter of IREM in 2017. He’s been a longtime supporter of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee and was inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame in 2009.

Michael began his career in real estate in 1988. After working in several brokerages throughout Florida, he has co-owned and operated NextHome Gulf to Bay with his wife, Jan Bruzas, in St. Petersburg since 2006. A native of Scotland, Michael has been involved in numerous state, local, and national REALTOR® committees over the years, as well as served as President of the mid-Florida MLS in 2015.
