Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification and Course - NEW FOR 2026!

The RENE® – Real Estate Negotiation Expert course is built for real estate professionals who want to stand out in today’s competitive market. This powerful program sharpens your negotiation skills so you can protect your clients’ interests, handle high-pressure situations, and secure better results—whether you’re facing multiple offers, tough counterparts, or rapidly changing market conditions.

By the end of the course, students will be equipped to manage negotiations across a wide range of situations—including multiple-offer environments, distressed properties, difficult counterparties, and shifting market dynamics—while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.   • The RENE course serves as an elective towards the SRS designation.
  • This course is 14 hours of instruction (2-day classroom course and can be broken up into two or four sessions for virtual delivery).
  • A typical 2-day offering would be 8-1/2 hours each day (7 hours of instruction; 1 hour lunch; two 15 minute breaks -- ex.  8:30 am - 5 pm).
  • The RENE certification is owned and conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI).
  • The course royalty is $65 USD per student - effective January 1, 2026.
