C-RETS Certification Application

Successful completion of TWO C-RETS elective courses within four (4) years of enrolling (starting with the date of your first C-RETS course) is required for certification.  Please do not submit your payment until you have completed the course requirement and received notification from our office the course has been recorded.

NOTE:  For live, classroom courses, we do not process applications until the course sponsor has submitted the roster.  Once the roster is received, please allow REBI ten (10) business days to process.  REBI will then verify your course completion and process your application.  You will then receive a confirmation email from REBI to the preferred email address on file.

Only upon receipt of the email from REBI may you begin utilizing the credential, acronym and/or logo.

Submit a non-refundable $159 one-time credentialing fee (there are no recurring annual dues or membership) with the application.  IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Be sure you are logged in to ensure the fee is properly applied to your account
  2. Do not submit the application and fee until all required coursework is completed.
  3. Please allow up to 10 business days for your application to be reviewed and processed.

By paying this fee, I understand that in order to retain the rights to use the C-RETS certification, I must maintain active membership status with the National Association of REALTORS® or as an International REALTOR® member of NAR. I also understand that use of the C-RETS certification without maintaining a membership with NAR will be a violation of Article 12 of the Code of Ethics, and I will need to immediately cease using the C-RETS credential, emblem, and/or logo.
