Seller Representative Specialist Designation and Course

The SRS designation is the premiers credential in seller representation.  It is awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller advocacy.  SRS designees represent a global community of real estate professionals who use their advanced training and expertise to meet and exceed client expectations.  To learn more about the SRS designation and the requirements, click here.

This is a 2-day course providing a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training, and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today's marketplace.

  • This course is 14 hours of instruction (2-day classroom course and can be broken up into two or four sessions for virtual delivery).
  • A typical 2-day offering would be 8-1/2 hours each day (7 hours of instruction; 1 hour lunch; two 15 minute breaks -- ex.  8:30 am - 5 pm).
  • The SRS designation is owned and conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI).
  • The course royalty is $60 USD per student.
