CRB Designation Application (US Only)

Successful completion of ALL requirements is required for designation including the submission of your application with any required supporting documentation.

You may submit your application using the downloadable PDF form below or online through your REBI account.  Please allow up to ten (10) business days to process.  REBI will verify your components and then process your application.

You may only begin utilizing the credential, acronym and/or logo upon receipt of confirmation from the Institute.
