Marketing the Listing Course

If you're a REALTOR®, you already know that the most important part of selling a home is the story. You need to make it sound like the perfect place for someone to live out their dreams. You need to sell them on what they could be: a homeowner, a family-builder, a success story.  And that's exactly what this course is all about — helping you tell stories that will sell your clients' homes.

All of the materials for this course are included in a Dropbox folder which can be accessed via the link below. We recommend that you first review the "Read Me" file located in the folder to familiarize yourself with each of the materials required for the course.

Course serves as elective towards SRS designation.  This is a 2-day course that can be delivered classroom or virtually.  The royalty is $40 USD per student.
