CRB Experience Electives

We recognize you may have years of real estate experience and/or invested in other professional development opportunities. You will need to satisfy two (2) Experience Electives (U.S. and Canada only) prior to designation.

Options

1. Experience

Five (5) or more years of qualifying management experience – this includes managing an office, team, or personal assistant. This experience must be included on your management resume.

2. Credentials

Any of the following NAR recognized designations and certifications (verification required for non-REBI credentials): ABR, ABRM, ALC, ARM, CCIM, CIPS, CPM, C-RETS, CRS, GRI, PMN, RENE, SIOR, or SRS.

3. Degree

A Bachelor Degree or higher in any major.

4. CRB Course(s)

An additional one or two CRB courses – in addition to the three (3) required – may be taken to fulfill this requirement.
